Impact investors and government evaluators measure the same things, what changed, for whom, how much, who contributed, and what could go wrong, but they use different tools, different languages, and different reporting standards.
We bridge this gap. By consolidating 57 frameworks into one methodology, we enable organisations to collect data once and report to any stakeholder, while connecting national evaluation infrastructure to impact capital allocation.
This link now sits between two systems: the global framework countries use to track progress toward the Sustainable Development Goals, and the national financing frameworks, brought to the fore at the 2025 Financing for Development conference in Sevilla, that steer all finance, public and private, toward those goals. A country's evaluation capacity is where the two meet, and it is what we measure.
